About Eden Falling

Eden Falling is a tactical survival RPG developed by Razor Edge Games. It is set in a post-apocalyptic world after the fall of a meteor that brought a contagious fungal disease upon Earth. The fungus started taking over the planet's life and twisting them into feral monsters that follow three goals - hunt, contaminate, and reproduce.

My Involvement
I worked as a part of a writing team and helped write the lore for the game's world, which includes an ecosystem of factions and characters. Additionally, I designed several quests and wrote short stories set in the Eden Falling world.

About the Eden Falling World


Eden Falling is set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2298, after the fall of a meteor that brought a contagious fungal disease upon Earth. The fungus started taking over the planet's life and twisting them into feral monsters. The "ferals" had only three goals - hunt, contaminate, and reproduce.


The survivors split into independent settlements, each trying to survive in the new reality. Anywhere outside of those settlements, one could only find death. Some settlements formed into military factions and claimed territories by force or by offering protection. Others learned to survive in the wilderness, resorting to piracy and marauding.


The game is a turn-based combat RPG. As a survivor, you control a group of characters, travel the wastelands, craft, take on contracts, hunt feral mutants, and navigate the ruthless politics of a savage new Earth. Your choices largely affect the storyline and your reputation with various factions. Even within contracts (aka quests), you can lie, betray, or haggle with your employer. Everything has consequences.
